Green Bay Mariachi 1

This Green Bay Mariachi group is a long standing mariachi group based in Wisconsin. Formed in 2000 by artists from different parts of Mexico and the Southwest they found themselves in a rapidly growing Latino Community in Northeastern Wisconsin.

Green Bay Mariachi evolution

This Green Bay Mariachi group evolved from being a community clearing house for traditional and current mariachi music to being a professional group performing at weddings, quinceañeras, and social events, and at festivals, fairs, car races, and rodeos.

Green Bay Mariachi members

Dressed in the traditional mariachi attire for performance, this Green Bay Mariachi group brings vocals, trumpets, violins, vihuela, and guitarron, sometimes bass guitar and toloche, some hand percussion. It can travel with its own sound system. The core members of this ensemble provide a solid foundation which allows for guest artists visiting from other regions to perform with the group.
