Seattle Blues Band 2

This Seattle Blues Band played their unique blend of Louisiana musical styles for 15 years. The group has made several recordings and has appeared with Queen Ida, Katie "Queen of the Swamp Boogie Piano" Webster, Buckwheat Zydeco and the Sundogs, as well as appearing on TV, radio and at a number of music festivals over the years.

Seattle Blues Band acclaim

The group has received enthusiastic responses from radio across the West, and made a splash on the "beach music" charts in the Carolinas as well - their version of "I Like It Like That" reached #16 while staying on the charts for months in 1996. We hear they're "shaggin" to a few songs from Big Big Love now. The band's CD Mardi Gras In New Orleans made it to #2 on the charts of German magazine Blues News. This Seattle Blues Band's fourth CD is out and available now.
