This Los Angeles Caribbean Band specializes in (but not limited to) steel drum band, reggae, soca, calypso, Jimmy Buffet, ska and latin music.
There's really no event too large or too small. This Los Angeles Caribbean Band is available for concerts, TV, weddings, private parties in Los Angeles, corporate events, wedding and baby showers, birthday parties, beach parties, restaurants, night clubs, hotels, pool parties, cocktail receptions, reunions and just about anything you might want.
Los Angeles Caribbean Band configuration
This Los Angeles Caribbean Band configuration include:
1) steel drum band (instrumental only) (solo, duo, trio . . . max 12-piece band)
2) steel drum band with vocals
3) calypso, soca and/or reggae band (featuring the steel drums - with vocalist(s), guitar, bass, drums, percussion, horns, etc.)
The soloists and their duo's work with top quality backing tracks giving the live steel drums a full and classy sound at an affordable price. This option requires only a small space which makes this very desirable format for restaurants, in-home parties, etc. With a minimal amount of equipment this set-up is quick and clean. Also, volume is much more controllable than larger bands but we are still able to fill a larger room with sound if necessary. This Los Angeles Caribbean Band trio gives a bit more punch and flexibility, still allowing for good volume/space control and offers a moderate price. The four and five-piece band (up to 22-piece band) offers all of the punch and power of a very energetic live Caribbean band in Southern California. They're sure to get you up and dancing!!!

This Los Angeles Caribbean Band is made up of a collection of experienced and professional world-class musicians predominantly originating from the Caribbean islands - Belize, Trinidad, Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados and America. Authenticity and quality are never compromised regardless of the size of band they bring. Having been in business since 1991 this Los Angeles Caribbean Band has a long history of happy clients - many are repeat clients (some for as long as 18 years!). Their Musical Director is internationally respected as a leading Caribbean arranger, producer and performer. His studio has a long history of recording production for a wide variety of artists, some of which come from as far as Trinidad.
They are based in the Los Angeles area and cover most of Southern California locally. This Los Angeles Caribbean Band covers all of Southern California locally and will also travel nationally and internationally.
Just wanted to take a minute to thank you guys for your wonderful performance at our reception. We very much appreciated your flexibility with song selection and your willingness to share the stage with another performer. People are still talking about how great you were.
Your music was the key ingredient in creating the reception we wanted. You guys sounded incredible and we saw people dance that we had never seen dance before! The coordinators at the Catalina Room were also very impressed and we hope that that turns into future business for you.
