It’s really been a pleasure featuring [these carolers] as part of the holidays at Disney’s California Adventure. Musically they are unmatched, and delivered superb entertainment day in and day out.
But even better — they were able to relate to our Guests in a very special way. These are not just performers — these are performers who understand what it’s like to make a connection with our Disney Theme Park Guests, and they do it naturally. They consistently displayed the smiles, positive attitude and talent that are hallmarks of the Disney attitude that our Guests have come to expect.
And as much as the Guests enjoyed the performances, our Cast Members loved [them] even more! The number of private Cast Member functions multiplied exponentially, and [they] wowed them at every turn.
