Angelina Monyak

Angelina Monyak was born in Uzhgorod City, Ukraine. Since her childhood she was fond of theater art, poetry and even wrote lyrics. Nevertheless, everything she was dreaming about was to sing and to perform. Her parents didn't support her dream and hoped she would be a great lawyer. According to her parent's choice she passed exams to two faculties at the same time: law and journalism.

But she has never betrayed her childhood dream as she continued to sing. Her teachers noticed her unique coloratura mezzo -soprano voice, so at age of 19 she decided to learn in an academic music school in her city. In 2012 a friend of Angelina recommended her to participate in a nationally known talent show called "The Voice Ukraine". Instantly she acquired national and professional recognition as she became a finalist of Voice Ukraine.
