Tempest
Duke Ellington, Count Basie…the big bands are well represented with Tempest 150+ song repertoire. However, their set lists also encompass the small-group sounds of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Art Blakey, Freddie Hubbard…all exquisitely arranged for nine of Atlanta's finest musicians: six horns plus rhythm section and optional vocalist.
Playing an array of events including jazz and blues concerts, nightclubs, and formal black tie affairs such as weddings and corporate events, Tempest consistently blows up a storm.
