Upon graduating, he immediately began a two-year journey traveling across the country and abroad where he performed for three months with Potential Symphony, a 120-member steel band, for the Panorama National Steel Band Competition on the Island of Trinidad, West Indies. Life on the road eventually directed him back to Wichita where he started his own business, he became the director of the WSU Steel Pan Orchestra, traveled within the Midwest as an accredited artist with the Missouri Arts Council and Arts Partners, and performed with Afinké Machine.
