New York German Band 1

The leader of this New York German Band is an entertainer, music therapist, and educator. His entertainment career was launched with an appearance as a Peanut on The Howdy Doody Show. He was later discovered by Bruce Morrow while performing at Palisades Amusement Park. And the rest, as they say, is history.

New York German Band performances

He has been heard on recordings, in films, and on stages throughout the Northeast. Over the years, he has been the music director at hotels, clubs, and other venues. Performing at thousands of functions, he has played a wide range of music styles from classical music to Dixieland.

As a music therapist for many years, the leader of this New York German Band worked with multiply disabled clients both young and old. His greatest accomplishment was to allow people who were unable to speak to have a voice through song and those unable to walk to learn the joy of dance.

New York German Band as an educator

As an educator, he was involved with students of all ages and spent a significant number of years teaching young children. His goal was to have the children learn the songs that everyone should know throughout their lives. The leader of this New York German Band also directed these children in concerts and theatrical productions.
