San Diego Mariachi 3

Founded in 1978, this San Diego Mariachi group has grown into a recognized leader in its genre under the guidance of its founder and director. In its early years, the ensemble performed regularly at the Del Mar Fair, where they had the opportunity to meet and entertain a number of visiting celebrities.

This San Diego Mariachi group has even appeared in various movies including “Top Dog “, starring Chuck Norris, “Deadly Desire” starring Jack Scalia, the TV Mini Series “Space” with James Garner, and “La Migra” released in 2014, as well as television commercials for the Del Mar Racing Season.

This San Diego Mariachi group has also performed for the Republican National Convention, two Super Bowls, the World Series, the All-Star Game and countless festivals and special events for international corporations and dignitaries. They love what they do and playing Mariachi in San Diego has been a joy.

This San Diego Mariachi also recorded three professional CDs for Mardi Gras Recording Studio from New Orleans which are “Ultimate Mariachi”, “Mariachi Classics” and “Best of Mariachi Instrumentals” available on iTunes, Amazon and now Spotify.

They love to play and enjoyed creating these albums very much, but their heart and soul remain in live performances.

This San Diego Mariachi group plays several events every year, sometimes they even have multiple bands at the same event so we can perform all over in a large venue. They are happy to now offer their 1-million-dollar liability insurance for events (as needed). They know how important that is for their major venue clients and they are happy to provide it.
