Rooted in the rich acoustic traditions of the Cuban countryside, this Seattle Latin Band brings to life Son Cubano — the soulful, rhythmic music that laid the foundation for modern salsa. Characterized by its infectious grooves and vibrant interplay of strings, percussion, and vocals, Son is traditionally performed with instruments like the tres (Cuban guitar), bass, bongos, clave, maracas, trumpet, and heartfelt vocals.
