Chicago Mariachi 2

This Chicago Mariachi group started in 1997. The leader of the band gathered the most talented musicians in the Chicago area. The group today comprised of 10 members. They play traditional sones, huapangos, jarochos, boleros and rancheras and they are one of the best Mariachi group in Chicago as well as in neighboring states.

After 4 months, this Chicago Mariachi group was already mentioned in the Mexican society of Illinois and in the newspaper La Raza. That same year they made their first recording and they participated in the music festival Latino Americano in July. Since then, this Chicago Mariachi group is the most requested group for recordings of local songs and for the accompaniment of famous artists who come to Chicago and to important cities in Illinois.
