San Diego Irish Band 1
Based in San Diego, this vibrant San Diego Irish Band brings the heart of Ireland to Southern California. With soulful Celtic airs that tug at your heartstrings and high-energy dance tunes that will have your feet tapping, their performances are a true celebration of Irish tradition. The band features a rich blend of instruments—including guitar, flute, fiddle, bodhrán, whistle, and uilleann pipes—and can also include a talented vocalist. Want to add an extra touch of Irish magic? Traditional Irish dancers are available to join the show!
San Diego Irish Band credits
This ensemble was the orchestra for the San Diego Repertory Theatre's production of the Celtic version of The Christmas Carol for three consecutive years. This San Diego Irish Band also performed the lobby act preceding the Riverdance production San Diego. They have played for Irish dancers, Irish wakes, the Scottish Highland Games, the Irish ShamRock festival, and many weddings, parties, and other events.
