Seville Flamenco Guitarist
This Seville Flamenco Guitarist studied classical and flamenco guitar at the Rotterdam Conservatoire under Julian B. Coco, John Fillmore, and Paco Peña, and later continued his studies in Spain with masters such as Gerardo Núñez, Tomatito, Antonio Rey, and Manolo Sanlúcar. He is a two-time prize winner of the Dutch Guitar Championships and has received awards in soloist and guitar competitions in Moscow, Madrid, Quebec, London, Germany, and the United States. In 2024, he was awarded the Intercontinental Music Award in the Flamenco category.

In 2021, this Seville Flamenco Guitarist released his debut solo album Quejíos, which became the most-streamed flamenco guitar album on Spotify that year. His latest release, Encuentros Flamenc@s, was selected among the Top 10 Best Flamenco Albums of 2023 by Expoflamenco, the association of flamenco critics and journalists. He is currently preparing his third solo album.

This Seville Flamenco Guitarist has toured worldwide at guitar and flamenco festivals as a soloist, in guitar duos, and accompanying renowned flamenco singers and dancers. He has taught guitar at music schools in San Juan del Puerto, Lepe, and Huelva, and currently teaches at the prestigious Music Liceum of Moguer (Spain). In addition to his performance and teaching career, this Seville Flamenco Guitarist has recorded numerous jingles and soundtracks for radio and television and now works as a producer and arranger for other flamenco artists.
